Traffic Coordinator (Office and Administrative Support)

We are looking to hire a Traffic Coordinator for a Logistics Corporation located in Medley, FL. This individual will support the operations department and the buyer teams. They will be coordinating the movement of merchandise via ocean and air.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Motivated, self-starter
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/purchasing/freight forwarding
• Booking experience (freight, steam line) is preferred
• Individual must read, write and speak Spanish & English (fluent)
• Experience with scheduling ocean and air bookings for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials, simple and complex cargo shipments
• Understand all shipping concepts, including details such as container capacities, packing dimensions and weights, coding, steam shipping lines services
