What You’ll Do:

• 
  Provide U.S. And international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement
  
• 
  Handle disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
  
• 
  Advise clients on copyright matters, online IP, and advertising-related issues
  
• 
  Work closely with a team while managing independent projects and client needs
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  2–4 years of experience in trademark, copyright, or related IP practice
  
• 
  Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  
• 
  Experience in a large law firm setting is a plus
