Tractor Pull Engagement Coordinator

At Holganix, we revolutionize the way the world grows by manufacturing and distributing a liquid microbial solution (think of it as a probiotic for soil) to primarily farmers (but also landscapers, golf courses, and performance turf users) across America and Canada. Our solution dramatically increases soil health, ultimately improving crop yield and reducing the need for other inputs like fertilizer, pesticides, and water. Additionally, our solution significantly impacts carbon sequestration in the soil and improves the carbon intensity score of a crop.

We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and outgoing associate to support customer engagement and brand activation efforts at tractor pull events throughout the summer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys live events, working with the public, and representing a brand in a high-energy, outdoor environment. The associate will help create positive, memorable experiences for customers and fans while gathering information on leads and growers in the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company at tractor pull events – pull the trailer, set up at each location, host customers and prospects with professionalism, and tear down event space
• Coordinate with both promoter and association manager(s), specific event details and plans for where to setup, how to interact with crowd, get on the PA system and etc.
• Engage with attendees by answering questions, sharing product or brand information, and creating a welcoming presence
• Manage and plan for setup and teardown of event displays, tents, and promotional materials
• Support interactive activities such as giveaways, contests, and sign-ups
• Collect customer feedback, leads, and market insights during events and follow Holganix processes to capture data. Submit customer leads/data gathered back into Holganix in a timely manner.
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
• Partner with sales team to work the event, collect leads, and provide them assistance in setting up Go-Grow meetings
• Provide event content to Marketing through photos, notes, and post-event summaries
• States of which tractor pulls are located: Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas,

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people in a public setting
• Interest in agriculture, motorsports, outdoor events, or rural communities is a plus
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude and represent Holganix well in a relaxed environment.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move event materials (typically up to 40 lbs)
• Advanced level skill required for pulling and backing in an enclosed trailer
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely tow and maneuver a trailer.
• There will be no consumption of alcohol while working events
