Touring Production Coordinator

Assist in planning and coordinating logistical workflows for live touring performances. Responsibilities include preparing daily run-of-show documents and coordinating artist and crew call times; tracking and maintaining backstage inventory of technical equipment and hospitality supplies; arranging venue access, coordinating equipment deliveries, and supporting on-site logistics in collaboration with local venue staff. Provide support across all phases of each tour stop—including load-in, setup, rehearsal, live performance, and strike—ensuring the smooth, timely, and professional execution of shows across multiple U.S. cities.

Primary worksite is BELLEVUE, WA; however, the employee will travel to unanticipated locations across the United States for touring performances.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts, or related
