Tour Operations & Reservations Coordinator

- Early Shift: typically 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM start, finishing mid-afternoon.
- Late Shift:11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Over a 3-week cycle, team members work 4 weekend days total.
- On two weekends, you work one day (Saturday or Sunday).
- On one weekend, you work both Saturday and Sunday.
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist guests booking sightseeing tours.
- Respond to reservations and customer service emails.
- Process attraction ticket reservations (theme parks, dinner shows, sporting events, and other experiences).
- Maintain ticket inventory and reservation records.
- Prepare daily tour manifests and hotel pickup schedules for tour guides and drivers.
- Coordinate hotel pickups and daily tour logistics.
- Communicate with local attraction partners and reseller travel companies.
- Assist guests with tour confirmations, changes, and general inquiries.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations for Gray Line sightseeing tours.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and by email.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early shifts.
- Basic computer skills (email, reservation systems, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
- Work in the travel and tourism industry.
