Job Details
Lead and oversee tooling operations from design through build, launch, and production readiness
Drive tooling standardization, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery across sites
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to support program launches and tooling solutions
Manage toolroom operations, including machining, assembly, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement
Develop tooling leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
