Seeking a Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing for a nationwide equipment supplier.

• Anticipate $35-55 per hour (flexible based on experience).
• Full suite of benefits; Health, PTO/Vacation, etc.
• First Shift, M-Th (4x10s,), occasional Friday hours (OT)

Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to fabricate tools and dies.
• Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment (e.g., Mazak) for component production.
• Assemble, repair, and maintain dies, jigs, molds, and fixtures.
• Conduct precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize tooling and support maintenance.
• Document repairs and changes for compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years as a Tool and Die Maker or similar (machinist/maintenance tech with tool/die experience).
• Proficiency in manual/CNC machining, tooling materials, heat treatment, and tolerances.
• High school diploma/GED; technical training preferred.
• Strong communication skills; basic math proficiency.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing setting.
