What You’ll Do

  • Greet motorists and provide friendly, professional service
  • Collect and process toll payments accurately
  • Make change, issue receipts, and complete insufficient fund slips
  • Classify vehicles by visual inspection
  • Balance cash and complete daily operational reports
  • Maintain a safe, efficient toll lane operation

What You Bring

  • Customer-focused attitude with a positive, professional demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Experience handling cash using a computerized system
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently

 

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk long distances and safely cross toll lanes
  • Ability to climb and descend stairs
  • Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to visually assess vehicle classifications
