Title Support Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented title professional with foundational processing experience who wants to grow within a stable, well-supported organization while remaining actively involved in the closing process.
- Review title commitments and clear title, including liens, judgments, payoffs, HOA issues, probate matters, and corrective instruments.
- Post Closing and Recording Responsibilities.
- Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, underwriters, attorneys, and clients to satisfy title requirements.
- Maintenance in the title production system.
- Coordinate and schedule closings and signing appointments.
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and office visitors.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the processing and closing team.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in title processing or title support.
- Demonstrated experience clearing title.
- Working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions and title requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Notary License.
- Experience with Florida residential transactions; commercial exposure is a plus.
- Familiarity with title production or transaction management software.
- Experience working directly with title underwriters.
- Interest in long-term career growth in title operations.
- Proficiency using Qualia Software.
- Notarization of closing documents.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
