We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Processor opportunity available to work in-house with a well-established Real Estate Company.

The Title Processor is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Opening and maintaining title files.
  • Preparing initial title quotes.
  • Entering orders and assisting with clearing title conditions.
  • Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction to obtain required information and documentation.
  • Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements in title commitments and lender closing instructions to ensure compliance.
  • Ordering and reviewing surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts, and other related documents.
  • Ordering estoppel letters.
  • Verifying documents, identification, and fund transfers using Closing Lock software.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the title or mortgage industry.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience with Closers Choice software.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
