Job Duties for the Title Clerk:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag documentation accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with state and DMV regulations and submission deadlines
• Maintain organized records and track title progress from sale to completion
• Communicate with sales and finance teams to resolve title issues or missing paperwork
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
• Support operational and accounting functions related to title processing

Qualifications for the Title Clerk:

• Previous experience with automotive tag and title processing
• Experience using CDK software a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear communication skills and strong follow‑through
