We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Clearance Specialist opportunity with a national Title Settlement Services Company for their office located in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Title Clearance Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

This is a long-term Temporary to Hire.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Complete title clearance activities per lender guidelines, including payoffs, subordinations, satisfactions and releases, by contacting appropriate sources and following established procedures to ensure title is clean at time of closing.
  • Upload and review searches that have come back from abstractors for any clearance issues.
  • Maintain records of clearance activities by scanning all documents into the system to ensure appropriate back-up information exists.
  • Follow up as necessary via various communications methods to ensure information is received according to established timeframes and that clearance requirements are achieved.
  • Communicate regularly with applicable parties to advise on progress/problems with their order.
  • Participate in training new team members by providing insight and instruction regarding task completion and procedures to ensure efficient department operation.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 2+ years of experience in the Title or Mortgage industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Previous experience in a Title Processor/Clearance position.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
