TIG & Laser Welder

We are seeking an experienced TIG & Laser Welder to join a production team in El Monte, CA. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and laser welding on a variety of metal components

• Execute sanitary welds where required (preferred experience)

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications

• Assemble and fabricate metal components using hand and power tools

• Operate plasma cutting equipment for material preparation

• Perform pipe threading and stick welding as needed

• Inspect welded joints for quality, accuracy, and consistency

• Rework or repair welds as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of TIG welding experience

• Minimum 1 year of laser welding experience (production environment)

• Strong blueprint and welding specification interpretation skills

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication

• Ability to assemble and build metal structures

• Familiarity with pipe threading processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sanitary welding

• Experience in machinery or equipment manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Compensation

• $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
