The Therapist / Team Lead – ICTS is a key clinical leader within our interdisciplinary Improving Community Treatment Success (ICTS) team. This role provides direct therapeutic services while offering clinical oversight, guidance, and coordination to ensure person-centered, strengths-based care. Working closely with justice-involved individuals, the Team Lead supports individualized wellness planning, recovery goals, and successful community integration.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Schedule flexibility is beneficial as hours may vary based on needs at times.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach
- Complete assessments and develop, review, and update individualized Wellness Plans
- Serve as clinical team lead, offering guidance, recommendations, and oversight to ICTS staff
- Coordinate referrals, support program census management, and assess readiness for ICTS services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (including DOC, DBH, and P&P) to support recovery and sobriety
- Participate in crisis response during open access hours and daytime crisis coverage, as needed
- Ensure timely, compliant clinical documentation and adherence to utilization management standards
- Attend ICTS team meetings and contribute clinical insight to support coordinated care
- Provide licensure supervision, if applicable, and support staff through training and clinical review

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- • Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Working knowledge of DSM-5 required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or PMFT license in Missouri required
