What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Graduate Degree, required. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor or Clinic Phd/PsyD level Psychologist, required. For the Substance Use Therapist role, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist or Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate with above required license, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire. Team members in strictly remote positions are exempt. Team members working strictly in behavioral health outpatient clinics are exempt from state approved curricula but are required to take NEC0170 De-escalation Techniques and Effective Communication Strategies within 3 months of hire, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Good working knowledge of computers. Ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations.
What You'll Do:

Your Role & Impact:

  • Providing individual and/or group therapy - via in-person or virtual
  • Serves a dual role, providing therapy in a psychiatric clinic as well as providing integrated care in a specialty or primary care setting
  • Be a core member of a collaborative-care team that includes a patient's medical provider and a psychiatric consultant, as well as the larger primary care team or medical team.
    provide behavioral health consultation to adolescents and adult women.
  • Responsible for making treatment and level of care decisions independently and collaborate as needed with their physician providers.
  • Responsible to manage their own schedule, refer patients as needed to a higher level of care or request consultations.
  • They are individually credentialed with payers to bill for services; a referral is not required to initiate treatment.
  • Provides individual, family, group therapy and collaborative care as appropriate in the outpatient setting. 
  • Complete patient assessments, plan for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow up care, implementation treatment plans, coordinate the treatment process. 
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age and cultural diversity of the patients served.
