Micro Tech is looking for a Test Technician. First shift great opportunity working Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm with overtime available if desired.
This new team member will be working directly with the engineering team to test equipment operation for quality standards. Use company specifications (schematics/blueprints) to troubleshoot down to the component level, perform root cause analysis and re-work, align, repair and replace components and circuits on products.
Will be responsible for training and coaching employees as needed to ensure product compliance per customer specifications. Must be able to perform re-work of components, repair and replace using a variety of hand tools and testing equipment.
Other duties as required by engineering management.
