About the Role
We are seeking a Test Technician to support production testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems. This is a hands-on role working with schematics, test equipment, and production hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and solid electronics fundamentals are key to success.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform production testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of electronic and electromechanical assemblies
  • Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions
  • Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • Conduct alignment and calibration checks and make adjustments or replacements as directed
  • Record and report test results in required formats
  • Support production operations and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Prepare compounds and solutions as required for testing processes
  • Maintain compliance with safety, ESD, and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School equivalent
  • Up to 2 years of education or training in electronics or related technical field
  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including:
    • Active and passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, transistors, relays, transformers)
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
  • Comfortable working with microscopes and small components
  • Computer literacy and ability to document results accurately
  • Willingness and ability to become solder certified
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Electronic Assembler or Test Technician
  • Component-level troubleshooting experience
  • Mechanical assembly experience
  • Familiarity with ESD, material handling, and solder certifications
  • Experience using crimping tools and hand tools
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
