Test Lab Equipment Operator I

Our team is seeking dedicated individuals to operate test line equipment for semi-automated testing of consumer electronics. This role is 100% onsite and requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Quick learner with the ability to follow complex instructions and procedures. (20%)
• Familiarity with computers and data entry, including proficiency in Excel and Word. Experience with Filemaker is a plus. (20%)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technical environment. (20%)
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining consistently high-quality output. (20%)
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvement. (20%)

Responsibilities

• Operate complex semi-automated test equipment with focus and consistency.
• Input, update, and maintain records related to unit movement and fixture maintenance.
• Assist engineering teams in setting up and qualifying test stations by following directions and performing initial testing for qualification.
• Support the planning team in organizing lab spaces and keeping equipment up to date.
• Document procedures as needed.

Education

No specific education requirements. However, a two-year tech degree or higher is preferred. Applicants should possess strong computer skills and proficiency in the English language. We value smart, honest individuals with a positive work ethic.
