Test Conductor will work onsite in North Charleston, South Carolina.


Responsibilities


+ Configure hardware and software environments, execute test setups, and maintain test bench readiness, ensuring the Government’s System Integration Lab (SIL) remains configured to the approved system baseline.

+ Integrate new hardware and software into the SIL.

+ Develop, update, and maintain software installation procedures.

+ Execute tests in the SIL.

+ Create Test Incident Reports (SIR) during tests, as required.

+ Conduct preparations for and participate in Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).

+ Provide technical input to the test plan (TP), test objectives, entrance criteria, and exit criteria for each test.

+ Investigate TIRs during test events using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) criteria.


Qualifications


+ 3 years serving in a test conductor role.

+ 3 years testing / validating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, and testing.

+ Effective written and verbal skills.

+ Effective presentation delivery of data to technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Active Interim Secret Clearance or above.


Desired Qualifications:


+ USMC operational experience supporting multi-layered Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS).

+ Experience testing / operating a combination of technical systems including radars, cameras, electro-optical sensors, and C4ISR software for DOD.

+ Preferred Degree: Bachelor of Science (BS)/Bachelor of Arts (BA) Information Technology or related Technical Field. Will substitute BS/BA degree for 6-years relevant military experience.
