Job Requirements:
Duties:
- Oversight and guidance of test and integration efforts at the system and subsystem levels
- Directly contribute to periodic and milestone engineering reviews
- Coordination of project and test progress status and interfacing with program leadership
- Preparing and maintaining technical and tactical level schedules and plans
- Develop test and integration plans for a variety of vehicles, payloads, and applications
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Familiarity with the TEMPALT and/or SHIPALT process
- Familiarity with Unmanned Undersea Vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with US Navy systems (SSNs are a plus)
- 10+ years in hands on test and evaluation execution and support
- Experience leading a team and managing task prioritization, delegation, and execution planning
- Able to work extended hours as required
- Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
