Territory Sales Representative - HVAC Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 100k/year - Largo, FL
- Our client is a well-known HVAC mechanical servicing company that has been in business for over 100 years and has a staller reputation in the commercial/industrial industry. As they continue to grow, they are looking to bring a Territory Sales Representative (internally titled Maintenance Sales Representative) on to join the team and hunt for new business opportunities as they are constantly growing! The team functions as a close-knit unit, consistently supporting one another, and is seeking someone who embodies a “customer-first” mindset to align with their culture.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by selling maintenance agreements to expand and strengthen the company’s existing maintenance base.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, closing sales, and following up on maintenance agreements, mechanical projects, and additional service offerings.
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach and relationship-building with new customers and facilities (approximately 85% new business development / 15% account management).
- Actively source new opportunities through cold calling, job site visits, networking, and other strategic prospecting efforts.

Qualifications:
- Prior B2B experience
- 4+ years of sales experience
Compensation:
- Our client is offering a base salary in the 85k - 100k/year range with a great commission structure. Furthermore, the company offers a company car, 401k with match, 90% employed paid health benefits, and more.
