Territory Sales Representative - Infrastructure & Municipal Solutions

Northern California Territory (I-80 / Hwy 50 north through the Oregon border)

Compensation: Base salary with incentive plan, competitive vehicle allowance, phone allowance, and travel support

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence throughout Northern California, building relationships with municipalities, contractors, engineers, and infrastructure decision-makers who influence public and commercial projects.

This is an ideal role for a territory-focused hunter who enjoys building relationships in the field and uncovering new project opportunities.

Your Role

Drive Territory Growth

Actively develop new business across Northern California by identifying and pursuing opportunities with municipalities, contractors, engineers, utilities, and infrastructure partners.

Build Strong Relationships

Develop trusted relationships with city officials, public works departments, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders involved in public and commercial construction projects.

Identify and Pursue Opportunities

Track upcoming infrastructure projects, capital improvement plans, and public bids to position solutions early in the planning process.

Expand Market Presence

Increase visibility with key influencers including engineers, specifiers, and project managers through meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

Partner with internal project support and technical teams to ensure opportunities are supported from early planning through installation.

Communicate Value Clearly

Present product solutions and capabilities in a way that helps customers understand how they support project goals, budgets, and long-term infrastructure needs.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of territory sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally selling into commercial, construction, industrial, municipal, or infrastructure markets
  • Proven success in developing new business and managing a large geographic territory
  • Experience building relationships with contractors, engineers, municipalities, utilities, or project decision-makers
  • A proactive hunter mentality with strong networking and prospecting skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California
