Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and develop a territory from early adoption through sustained growth
Drive site assessment, onboarding, and activation within hospitals and ASCs
Lead new product introductions and navigate internal hospital approval processes
Work closely with physicians, administrators, and office staff to build therapy programs and patient flow
Support clinicians in procedural settings and provide in-field clinical and technical support
Partner cross-functionally with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach and adoption strategies
Own long-cycle sales opportunities and consistently achieve or exceed quota
Educate clinical, administrative, and patient stakeholders throughout the adoption lifecycle

Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of medical device or med-tech sales experience
Proven experience selling disruptive or early-stage technology
Hands-on experience supporting procedures in clinical or OR environments
Demonstrated success bringing new products into hospitals and/or ASCs (VAC, capital, or committee processes)
Strong reimbursement knowledge, including prior authorization workflows (CAT III exposure preferred)
Experience building therapy programs or patient pathways in collaboration with office staff and stakeholders
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

Nice-to-Have / Preferred
Background in urology, urogynecology, neuromodulation, or adjacent procedural specialties
Experience with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
Startup or early commercial-stage experience
