You'll manage customer accounts, helping them navigate trade-in offers and unlimited data plans with 5G access. The Territory Account Executive’s account expertise drives sales growth and ensures Southwest Florida families stay reliably connected.
As a Territory Account Executive, you drive sales activations for AT&T smartphones through direct sales outreach to every account. The Territory Account Executive will then serve as the primary wireless contact for customers who need to optimize their mobile accounts. By driving sales through clear communication, the Territory Account Executive ensures that the wireless account needs of the Fort Myer community are always met.
Responsibilities of the Territory Account Executive
- Engage in sales interactions to assess customer AT&T mobile needs and recommend smartphones and unlimited data plans that boost sales.
- Maintain consistent account communication, explaining AT&T wireless features and plan options to drive sales engagement.
- Support post-enrollment account management, assisting with plan adjustments and device guidance to encourage continued sales.
- Collect and document customer feedback and account activity to inform future sales strategies.
- Provide approachable explanations of 5G connectivity and mobile solutions to reinforce confident sales decisions.
- Conduct reliable follow-ups to strengthen household trust and ensure sustained sales growth.
Qualifications of the Territory Account Executive
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and support account growth.
- Attention to detail when managing accounts or documenting interactions.
- Patience when guiding customers through account or plan options.
