Temporary Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Temporary Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with account questions, service issues, and general support.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (preferred).

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Required Work Hours

This is a full-time, temporary role, with work hours from Monday to Friday.

Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
