Job Details
As a Temporary AP Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. AP Processing, and AP to help our company optimize its operations and achieve its business objectives.
2. Analyzing complex financial data and reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborating with various departments to develop and implement strategies for improving our company's financial performance.
4. Conducting thorough research and analysis to stay abreast of the latest developments in the energy industry and AP Processing.
5. Developing and delivering presentations to communicate your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders within our company.
6. Providing training and guidance to our staff on D365, AP Processing, and AP to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
7. Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve our company's financial performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Temporary AP Consultant position, you must have:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA) would be an asset.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy industry.
3. Proficiency in D365, AP Processing, and AP.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and reports.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
7. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to stay abreast of the latest developments in the energy industry and AP Processing.
