Tempering Line Operator & Glass Fabrication Technologist

What you’ll do

• Run the tempering furnace to spec—set parameters, monitor cycles, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Operate the glass cutting table and polishing/edging equipment for clean, consistent results.
• Complete routine maintenance and troubleshoot common equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Read work orders, technical drawings, and specifications; translate them into precise fabrication steps.
• Measure accurately and verify tolerances throughout production.

What you bring

• 1+ year of experience in glass fabrication.
• Knowledge of glass types, thicknesses, and manufacturing processes.
• Confidence with measurements and blueprint interpretation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in glass fabrication and blueprint reading.

Nice to have

• Background with CNC glass processing machinery.
• Sit-down forklift experience for safe, efficient material handling.
