Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850 (based on experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse for a temp-to-perm position with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Grants, New Mexico. This opportunity offers excellent compensation, long-term potential, and a chance to work in a supportive, tight-knit surgical team.
Job Description:
Function as a Circulator RN in the Operating Room, coordinating and delivering patient care throughout the surgical process
Prepare the OR for procedures by ensuring necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile
Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment
Monitor patients vital signs and condition throughout the surgery and report any changes
Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub techs, and other members of the surgical team
Education & Certification Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico (or compact license)
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
CNOR certification a plus
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience required
