Mandatory Paid Training | 3 weeks
$17.00 per hour in training and production
Hours:Training and working hours are full-time, 8 AM-4:30 PM (or last call waiting in queue), Monday-Friday. No weekends.

- Opportunity to get to regular status after 90 days. You are able to make more per hour based on quality and production after going to regular status.
As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for:
- Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
- Handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.
- Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call.
- Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.
- Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.
- Inform callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
- 6 months’ customer service experience or equivalent in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
- Eligible to work in the US.
