We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to business clients, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales executives. Job description

Telemarketer: Outbound Calls / Appointment Setter

Responsibilities / Duties:

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective business customers to set up appts

Present and promote CCT Telecomm’s technology solutions

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team

Document conversations, leads, and outcomes in the CRM

Achieve weekly and monthly call/appointment goals

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

Ability to stay organized, motivated, and goal-driven

Basic computer and CRM proficiency

Telecommunications or IT industry experience is a plus but not required
