- Set up and implement test systems to facilitate the testing and repair of telecom voice and data transmission products.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of such test systems.
- Create and revise test procedures for telecom voice and data transmission products.
- Work with the Repair Department to provide training on test strategies for a variety of voice and data products.
- Assist in prioritizing repair projects.
- Evaluate and acquire equipment and tools needed to implement test systems.
- Associate degree in Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent related work experience/education
- Previous project management experience in various business environments, preferably in manufacturing
- ERP experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced PC skills are an asset with an emphasis on exemplary Microsoft Excel skills
