Key Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Representative

  • Promote Frontier’s wireless, internet, and bundled service offerings with clarity and enthusiasm, helping customers understand the value of each solution.

  • Assess customer needs through direct conversations, identifying the right mix of services to meet their household’s connectivity goals.

  • Coordinate service activations by managing eligibility checks, documentation, and onboarding steps to ensure a seamless setup process.

  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement history to support follow-ups and retention.

  • Track sales activity and campaign performance, using data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications of the Telecommunications Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.

  • Experience in sales, customer support, or outreach, especially in telecommunications, utilities, or other sales services.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to explain technical features in simple terms and build trust quickly.
