Telecom engineering experience with a focus on enterprise-level systems.
Deep Cisco expertise (Unified Communications, Contact Center, SBCs, Routers, Gateways, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Genesys contact center platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration in telecom environments.
Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry (must understand compliance and operational requirements).
Proven ability to travel onsite across multiple facilities in the Denver metro area.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco-based telecom infrastructure, including: Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco Contact Center solutions, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Routers and Gateways.
Provide expert-level support for Genesys contact center platforms.
Ensure smooth integration and operation of Microsoft Teams within the enterprise environment.
Collaborate with IT teams and healthcare staff to ensure telecom systems meet operational needs and compliance standards.
Conduct regular performance monitoring, testing, and proactive issue resolution across all telecom platforms.
Support large-scale deployments, upgrades, and system migrations in a healthcare setting.
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing support and compliance.
