As a Telecommunications Associate you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and market growth through recommending AT&T products and services to residents in Cleveland, OH. You will engage with prospective customers, assess their service needs and enroll them in tailored plans that align with their preferences as a Telecommunications Associate.
The key responsibilities of the Telecommunications Associate
Communicate the value and benefits of service offerings with clarity to customers
Acquire customers through strategic direct outreach using a consultative and problem solving approach
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions as a Telecommunications Associate
Maintain up to date customer enrollments, service recommendations and interactions using CRM tools
As a Telecommunications Associate you will meet individual goals while also contributing to the overall growth of the company

Skills and Experience of the Telecommunications Associate
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in Telecommunications , Sales or Customer facing role is preferred
Comfortable using CRM tools and computer proficient
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
