to be the link between customers and AT&T’s incredible wireless telecom solutions. You’ll simplify the tech, sell the benefits, and maybe drop a few killer customer service lines along the way. This role is purely commission-based, so your ability to connect with customers is what powers your paycheck!

Your Daily Program:

• The Telecom Sales Specialist must provide an outstanding customer-facing experience, turning complex wireless telecom products into simple solutions.

• Help customers select and purchase the right AT&T services like a sales superstar.

• Identify chances to sell and push new products and upgrades during every interaction.

• Act as a true Telecom Sales Specialist, educating customers on new rate plans and devices.

• Execute direct marketing and sales campaigns in high-traffic retail environments.

• Maintain expert knowledge of all current AT&T promotions, so you're never running an outdated operating system.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets in this performance-driven position.

Telecom Sales Specialist Specs:

• Exceptional ability to connect with people face-to-face in a customer-facing sales setting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

• Professionalism and composure, even when a customer's signal is dropping.

• A desire to work in a performance-driven atmosphere.

• Prior experience in wireless telecom, customer service, or retail sales.

• Reliable, consistent work ethic (no need to re-boot your commitment every morning!).

• High school diploma or GED required.
