- Conduct customer-facing outreach at Fremont residences introducing AT&T fiber and wireless options
- Guide residents through in-person signup processes, explaining AT&T connectivity benefits and next steps
- Act as the main contact at the doors, answering questions with friendly and professional communication
- Engage in D2D territory coverage while maintaining personal performance goals and competitive spirit
- Provide immediate assistance after Connectivity Sales visits to ensure customers feel supported
- Communicate service features clearly, helping Fremont households choose the right wireless plans
- Address concerns and resolve basic issues in the field using performance-driven people skills
- Represent AT&T with patience, positivity, and consistent customer service standards
