Job Title: Technology Business Services Consultant 3

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $45-$50/hr on w2

Introduction

The new hire will focus on product support and ownership responsibilities, helping manage intake of new initiatives and products while coordinating closely with technology partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Product Owner / Product Support experience
• Experience working with JIRA and backlog management
• Ability to gather and document requirements for technology teams
• Background working with risk and control frameworks
• Must be located in Charlotte (CLT)
• 5 years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact
• Ability to evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
• Experience in defining and leading detailed research on business and technology requests

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Owner supporting product and platform initiatives
• Clean up and manage JIRA stories and backlog items
• Provide product support and ensure initiatives move through the delivery lifecycle
• Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
• Manage intake of new initiatives and new products
• Write and refine business requirements for technology partners
• Support risk and control considerations as part of product and project oversight
• Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
