Introduction

In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Program teams to validate and enhance the capabilities of a new Generative AI solution. This role is ideal for curious, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy constructively breaking things and seeking exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) applications. You will help test and improve a GenAI powered application built with React, Node.js, and Databricks integrated with modern LLMs. Your feedback will directly shape quality, safety, and user experience. Awareness, collaboration, and organizational skills are a must to navigate our matrixed organization effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience with React, Node.js, and Databricks integrated with modern LLMs
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 or 9 years of directly relevant work experience. Alternatives may include: PhD or Law 6 yrs; Masters 7 yrs; Associates degree 9 yrs; High School 10 yrs.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly with minimal guidance
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior and business audiences

  • Familiarity and experience with the data landscape
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence peers across a multi-layered organization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a world-class team of engineers, analysts, and material developers
  • Focus on materials manufacturing, materials development, materials sourcing, costing, and planning
  • Leverage copilot to develop and execute automated tests
  • Build relationships across Business and Technology teams
