Introduction

This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to these deliverables and collaborate with client personnel to meet consulting objectives.

$53.60 - $59.80

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in JIRA, registry tools, and Excel for handling large data volumes.
• Solid financial background with experience in capacity planning.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in Power BI dashboarding.
• Experience with ServiceNow, financial systems, and registry/capacity tools.
• Experience in technology portfolio management, business services, program management, or operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.
• Ensure data accuracy across enterprise systems and develop Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Coordinate end-to-end Move the Line (MTL) activities and support MTL intake, planning, and execution.
• Engage cross-functional partners and provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts.
