Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Hiring Manager notes:
I asked Tony how we can identify what he is looking for.  We have been going about this the wrong way and that is on me for not relaying the correct information.
 
Moving forward let's pivot to this type of skillset:
-resource needs to be experienced in Application Architecture
-this team runs the applications that talk to all of these endpoints (physical security devices)
-understands how to integrate applications from different systems in the bank
-once they integrate, they will need to engineer additional functionalities for that said application
-building AI capabilities around the applications
-familiarity working with vendor products and “off the shelf applications”
-familiarity with physical security applications (HIGHLY preferred, not required)
