. WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Technical Talent Executive (Recruiter) who will have the opportunity to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for hiring elite talent. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you will manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.
This position is technically focused, so experience and passion for recruiting technical talent is critical.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and secure top talented candidates (both passive and active) using sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
- Provide superb customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates is what we strive for.
Required Experience and Education:
- 2-5 years’ experience in full-cycle technical recruiting role with heavy sourcing expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience hiring for various technology stacks and engineering roles.
- Proficiency in traditional sourcing techniques and innovative research to include online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source 'beneath the surface' - targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and/or Account Managers to refine job descriptions and target profiles.
- Understanding of immigration, relocation, compensation, and overall market trends.
- Experience tracking key performance metrics.

- Ability to conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both a technical baseline as well as the ability to be successful in our client’s environment.
- Extraordinary closing and negotiation skills are required.
- An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking.

Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
