Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technical Support Specialist position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related STEM field
- Ability to read CAD/blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Provide phone, email, and remote support for CAD and PDF-based takeoff software
- Train users on software functionality through Microsoft Teams and in-person sessions
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful feature rollouts
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and an eagerness to help and teach others
- Interest in the construction industry and a desire to support clients with real-time, practical solutions
- Participate in an on-call rotation (email only, no phone) with overtime pay
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including full medical coverage with optional upgrades, dental and vision insurance, 20 days PTO starting January 1st, and a 401(k) with up to 10% annual employer contribution. Company also covers your cell phone.
