Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: San Diego, CA, 92121 (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $35/hr - $45/hr.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and display excellent queue and case management skills.
  • Maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and use that expertise to help customers.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Utilize frontend browser debugging experience.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide code-level analysis for complex technical issues.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS products and integrated systems.
    Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Some experience with Generative AI, including foundational understanding of its concepts and applications.
