Technical Recruiter

Due to unprecedented, rapid growth opportunities, ITS is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters and Sourcers to join our team at our headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment.

The candidate will have experience in recruiting and proven track record at either an agency or corporate level.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with account managers on client hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology.  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.  
• Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.  
• Strong time management skills a must.
