Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage risk across our organization using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management within a technology-driven organization, with a focus on delivery and architecture. Experience in the banking sector is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical project management in a technology-driven organization
  • Expertise in FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), with practical application in technical environments
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, delivery processes, and project lifecycle
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects, including scope, risk, and stakeholder communication
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in a banking or financial services organization
  • Experience with process improvements in project delivery and risk mitigation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage risk management strategies using FMEA methodology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in technical projects
  • Work closely with architecture teams to ensure risk management aligns with project goals and technical requirements
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Oversee and improve delivery processes, focusing on quality and risk minimization
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams during technical design and implementation phases
  • Drive process improvements in project delivery and risk mitigation
