Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) in Doral, FL. Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Technical Product Owner to join our Global Technology Services (GTS) team. This role is perfect for a leader eager to innovate, improve service levels, and make a significant impact at high speed. Responsibilities:
  • Technical Product Owner will support the reservations ecosystem across five different brands with a north star to deliver an amazing guest and partner experience
  • Lead an ambitious application modernization project, driving re-architecture and cloud migration efforts
  • Support 6,000 users and manage stakeholders across product, tech, QA, marketing, and revenue teams
  • Own and drive a strategic vision and roadmap, with long-term goals; Define and socialize new product features to elevate the customer experience; Propose and incorporate feedback from senior leaders on an ongoing basis to ensure the roadmap meets customer needs and business objectives through a multi-year plan
  • As a Technical Product Owner, you will define how we measure success; Own reporting on KPIs, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execute on recommendations; Drive continuous improvement
  • Define, own, and execute the roadmap; Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, business impact estimation, and cost calculation for features and services; Lead application modernization, including re-architecture and cloud migration

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product or program management, or technology experience
  • Understand when and how to use product analytics and product experiments
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills that can simplify complex topics
  • Successfully managed ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, marketing, design, operations
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and be a trusted agent for change with business leaders (up to the executive Level)
  • Translate your product ideas into expected impact

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
