Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a key member of the IT Project Management Office, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects. This role involves managing projects through their full lifecycle using PMBOK-aligned methodologies and requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex technology projects across various domains such as software development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and contact center solutions.
- Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle using PMBOK-aligned methodologies including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing.
- Define scope, gather and refine requirements, and align business and technical objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, communication plans, and quality frameworks using PMBOK, ITIL, SCRUM, and SAFe standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, system integrators, and vendors to deliver project milestones and contractual commitments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, and change control artifacts.
- Identify, analyze, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across interconnected environments.
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Oversee implementation and integration of contact center solutions and other third-party connections.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and coordinate go-live and cutover activities, including readiness checks, deployment planning, and execution oversight.
- Document all work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs, test plans, and lessons learned.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and clients.
- Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems.
- Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and duties.
- Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize various software and technology tools to perform job duties.
- Perform tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong program/project management capabilities and technical acumen.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience delivering IT projects of varying complexity.
- Expert proficiency in managing scope, schedule, quality, communication, vendor, resource, change, and integration.
- Strong understanding of PMBOK project management standards.
- Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and SAFe.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and executing a tolling Back Office system.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and governance processes.
- Experience with contact center and telephony solutions, payment platforms, and middleware technologies.
- Understanding of IT security fundamentals and PCI compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage conflict.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience developing and validating test scripts and supporting QA cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
Engagement Requirements
- Preferred location within the Continental United States.
- Work location will be virtual/remote until further notice, with occasional onsite meetings in Middletown, PA.
- In-person interviews or work sessions with stakeholders may be required.
- Onsite post go-live support activities may be required.
- Orientation session onsite in Middletown, PA is required.
- Adherence to all published IT Standards is required.
