Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Lead, Application Delivery & Strategy onsite in Orlando, FL with extended travel (up to 3+ weeks at a time) to Frisco, TX and additional locations as needed. This is a contract (W-2) role with potential conversion to full-time. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications including property management, point-of-sale, reservation, CRM, communications, and guest-facing platforms
  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of SaaS and on-prem systems
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and operational readiness during and after go-live
  • Contribute to and execute a technology roadmap aligned with operational and guest experience goals
  • Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align delivery with long-term strategy
  • Lead integration efforts between platforms (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM, communications, access control)
  • Improve data flow, reporting, and operational efficiency across systems
  • Work closely with networking and infrastructure teams to support servers, endpoints, POS devices, access control, and related hardware
  • Ensure hardware and software solutions are fully integrated and production-ready
  • Act as technical lead for third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Support RFPs, SOW development, vendor evaluation, budgeting, and delivery oversight
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure contractual deliverables are met
  • Serve as a technical leader and mentor to internal teams and contractors
  • Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and best practices to support scalable delivery
  • Partner with security, legal, and architecture teams to ensure systems meet cybersecurity and data protection standards
  • Support compliance with applicable privacy and data regulations
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support, including after-hours support as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise or hospitality technology delivery
  • Proven experience leading large-scale application implementations across multiple locations
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as: Property Management Systems (PMS); Point-of-Sale systems (POS); Reservation, booking, or guest engagement platforms
  • Experience with Oracle Simphony, Opera Cloud, or similar enterprise systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of: Networking and infrastructure fundamentals; SaaS and cloud-based applications; Hardware deployment and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel for extended periods (3+ weeks at a time)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting new hotel, venue, or large-scale facility openings
  • Background in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or guest-centric environments
  • Prior contract-to-hire experience in enterprise IT environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
