Job Title: Technical Customer Service Representative
Employment: Contract, Full-time
Location: 600 E Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039 (secondary office)
Work Setup: On-site (not remote)
What You’ll Do
- Review property inspection photos and data to ensure accuracy.
- Guide customers step-by-step through virtual home inspections.
- Help homeowners and contractors set up and use our apps and smart devices.
- Troubleshoot issues like WiFi connectivity, device pairing, or app alerts.
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and text.
- Document customer interactions to help improve our products and services.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Comfortable troubleshooting mobile devices, WiFi, or smart home systems.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
