PRIMARY DUTIES: Act as the chief liaison for technical matters, establishing and nurturing strong partnerships within client paper mills. Provide insightful guidance and strategic solutions to enhance product deployment and performance. Respond swiftly to complex inquiries, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency for clients. Remain well-versed in niche chemical solutions and dedicated to understanding each client's specific technical landscape. Guide clients on the latest product features and best practices to ensure optimal utilization. Collaborate with district management to strategize account planning and maintain a vibrant CRM pipeline. Participate actively in technical reviews and business discussions, highlighting the tangible value of our solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to uphold our customer commitments and relay customer feedback for continuous product improvement. Maintain a significant on-site presence to bolster service quality, reduce churn, and drive profitability. Capable of executing core responsibilities independently and effectively. EXPECTATIONS: A minimum of a decade's experience in specialty chemical solutions for paper and pulp, with a focus on technical support and account oversight. Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and problem-solving. Record and communicate service outcomes thoroughly. Proactive in business development. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other analytical platforms. Self-motivated and able to travel up to 25% as needed. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
